“Renee changed the way I move.

I’ve considered myself an athlete for a long time. I wrestled at a high level, have spent the better part of 20 years weightlifting, and am even certified as a yoga instructor. I’ve never had this strength through a full range of motion before.

Renee had a unique ability to identify small (and some large) changes in my movement patterns that were needed to get my hips, glutes, hamstrings, and core finally working together. The same goes for my upper body — I now easily control weights that I was haphazardly thrusting over my head before. Because I’m strong, other trainers before just assumed I was “doing it right.”
